Value Chain Business Analysis (VCBA)
Agri-wallet analyses the value chain from input supplier to farmer to cooperative or buyer creating an in-depth view of the businesses. Identifying all stakeholders supporting the value chain. Define reporting for NGO, financial institution and others. The subsequent implementation plan follows the following steps:
Step 1. Digital Tools Adaptation
Localization and adaption of the digital tools to the business flow in the specific value chain and country.
Step 2. Organize Field Teams
Organizing and training field teams using real-time digital tools to monitor progress and ensure quality of operations and data gathering.
Step 3. Enrollment
Enroll Farmers, Cooperatives, Buyers and Input Suppliers registering all relevant data.
Step 4. Training
Train all users: Farmers, Cooperatives, Buyers, Input Suppliers, NGOs, Financial Partners etc.
Step 5. Activation
Stimulate all users to integrate the digital tools in their business flow and actively use it. Monitor usage closely and provide support where needed.
Step 6. Activate Partners
Bring (more) partners into the Value Chain that can offer services based on the accumulated data.
